Position: Customer Service Representative－Bilingual in Mandarin
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective and attentive customer service for all internal departments and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and policies as we as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.
Essential Job Description:
Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedure.
Works closely with various departments to resolve the any issue such as disputed charge back or items.
Provides timely feedback to the company and customers regarding service failures and customer concerns.
Partners and support with the product management, IT, Marketing, Accounting team to meet and exceed the best service expectations.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications: .
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Myanmar/English/Mandarin.
Customer orientation and ability to adopt/respond to different types of characters.
Strong phone contact handling and writing skills and active listening.
Ability to multi-task, proprieties, and manage time effectively.
Position: Graphic Designer-Entry Level I
Essential Job Responsibility:
Create high-quality visual designs from concept to execution
Participate in design reviews
Keep up to date on latest industry trends and technology in design
Participate in meetings regarding design layout
Collaborate with other departments to create graphics and designs for special marketing or promotional needs
Develop graphics for use in marketing materials, company logos, websites
Maintain records of prior design work products
Requirements and Qualifications:
BBS/BA in Graphic Design or related field
Strong understanding of typography, layout, email design, identity design and brand guidelines
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
Ability to be creative and imaginative along with great sense of responsibility
Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English and Myanmar and Mandarin
